The Sultans of Sprint challenge is gathering motorcycle freaks from all over Europe to race their custom sprint bikes powered by air cooled twin cylinder engines. Not focused only on speed, performance and power the Sultans of Sprint challenge will also reward the contenders for their style, creativity and craziness. The participating bikes are 100% custom built by the best custom workshops and enthusiasts. Two differents classes are sharing now the dragstrip with Sultans of Sprint:“FREAK CLASS” : the race bikes are powered by air or oil cooled 4 stroke engines up to 1600cc. Commonly used racing equipments include nitrous oxyde injection, square dragslick, lowered chassis but also turbo or supercharger ! The limits are mainly the imagination of the bike builders but their imagination has not limit ! “FACTORY CLASS”: the race bikes are powered by a 4 stroke engine air or water cooled. No limit regarding engine capacity but the tuned bike has to respect a power to weight ratio limit which can not be exceeded. The basis models for 2018 are from Yamaha (XSR7 or MT07), BMW Motorrad (R nineT or R1200R), Triumph (Thruxton or Bobber) and Indian Motorcycle (Scout 1200). The “FACTORY CLASS” is supported by the motorcycle industry which supports the Sultans of Sprint challenge by entering the challenge with bikes customized to race by private workshops or with “in house” custom built racers.

Amante dei nostalgici motori a benzina, si classifica a podio nelle ultime due edizioni della Cafe Racer Sprint in sella ad una Triumph Bonneville T100 targata South Garage. Fisico da pilota e irrefrenabile passione adrenalinica per le corse, insomma, braccia rubate al motociclismo.
